Barrier based auditing integrates seamlessly with BowTieXP and allows you to focus your auditing resources where they are needed most. Moreover, it lets you aggregate, track and display those results in an entirely intuitive way.
Who is it for?
This course is for participants that are familiar with BowTie and want to build upon it as a strategy for achieving a risk based auditing objective.
The course content is applicable to all types of risk and industries.
What does the course cover?
This course takes participants through the thinking behind how we create effective audits to provide the Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) we need to drive informed management decisions.
The course also shows participants how to use the AuditXP software via hands on exercises which equip them with the skills to start using AuditXP right away.

Prerequisites
