“A nice entry-level course for everyone with a basic understanding of risk assessment. Gives a fresh insight in managing the barriers within your organization.” – Ferry Suitela

Description
During the first two days, you will learn how to analyze risks using bowties. A thorough explanation of the method is combined with hands-on exercises using the BowTieXP software. The course covers how to build and apply bowtie diagrams in your organization. Then the third day, you will learn tips and tricks on how to run bowtie creation workshops in your organization. Even after following a course on bowtie risk analysis, it can still be daunting to step in front of a group of experts to create bowties. This course helps you build up your confidence with practical tips, techniques and exercises. All of our trainers have at least 8 years of experience in implementing barrier-based risk management.
