This one-day in-person training will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the IncidentXP software for incident investigations. The course will focus on how to create incident analysis diagrams, identify which barriers failed during an incident, describe how those barriers failed, and generate realistic recommendations. Attendees will also learn how to create clear, concise, and visual reports to communicate their findings.
This hybrid training, designed exclusively for Bowtie Suite partners and potential partners, will cover practical exercises based on real-life scenarios, allowing you to hone your skills in both the methodology of incident investigation and the use of the IncidentXP software.
The course will cover the following:
- An overview of the steps in incident investigation
- Incident methods
- Barrier status
- Causation analysis.
