The founder of the company, Lisbeth Holberg, has solid experience from offshore operations, especially oil & gas and activities related to wind farms. She has worked with training most of her life and with offshore operations since 2000 (rigs, platforms, vessels, etc.). She has done numerous workshops and training sessions related to safety, culture, leadership and risk assessment. She has been part of 28 incident investigations since 2006 (April 2015), most of them as Lead Investigator related to any type of ‘business upset’ in offshore- or energy-related industries worldwide. Further, she is a trained and experienced coach.
